Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
General Scope of Work Description of Demolition or Associated Work - All debris shall be removed from the park property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations, unless specifically noted. - The Contractor shall remove all existing fixtures, partitions, floor covering, and doors and windows. - The Contractor shall remove existing shingle roof on Bathhouse #5. New Work - The Contractor shall install new doors, doorknobs, deadbolts, storm doors, and new mini splits on Bathhouse #2. This is all the work that will be performed on this bathhouse. - The Contractor shall install sidewalks on Bathhouse #4. - The Contractor shall install new roof on Bathhouse #5. - The Contractor shall remove and replace windows on Bathhouses #3 and #4. Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2025.
