EXACT MEASUREMENTS OF EACH FLOOR TO BE VERIFIED BY VENDOR Replace flooring with a commercial, noncombustible, polymer-flake or epoxy-type product that is nonslip on the main floor, including alcoves, AND replace flooring on balcony with acoustic-dampening material, either carpet or an alternative. This project will include prepping the floor base. PLEASE INCLUDE FLOORING SPECS AND DETAILS IN YOUR BID. This project must be completed between January 20 and February 20, 2026. The City of Crossville recommends bidders come by and assess the building prior to submitting bid. Palace Theatre is located at 72 S. Main Street. Call/Email Malena Alderman to schedule inspection.
