*The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The project is expected to be release for bid in a future date.* The project involves providing professional services for the planning, design, and implementation of a comprehensive Downtown Wayfinding Signage Program for the City of Crossville. The selected consultant is expected to assess existing signage and navigation challenges, engage with stakeholders, develop a cohesive wayfinding signage plan (including design guidelines, placement strategy, and branding alignment), prepare schematic designs, cost estimates, phased implementation strategies, assist with bidding and fabrication specifications, and consult during installation as needed. Instructions to bidders include submitting five hard copies and one digital copy of qualifications, which must cover: a cover letter; firm background; project team and résumés; examples of three similar projects; a brief narrative on approach and methodology; project timeline; references from similar clients; and any additional relevant information. Submittals must be clearly marked and physically delivered to the specified address. Online or email submissions and late submissions will not be considered.
