The City of Caldwell, Idaho is requesting bids from interested contractors for the Well 17 Pump Station Improvements - Transmission Main on Moss St. project. Bid documents are available to view online at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofcaldwell/. Bids must be received electronically. No oral, facsimile, email, or hand-delivered submittals will be considered. All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid should be submitted through the OpenGov portal. As per Adda 3, Question Submission Deadline October 16, 2025, 4:00pm Question Response Date October 20, 2025 Construction of a new 16-inch diameter PVC water main extending from Well 17 Booster Pump Station yard, piping East along Moss Street, and connecting to the existing main on the east side of Indiana Ave. Construction of a new 12-inch PVC water main extending from Well 17 Booster Pump Station yard,piping West along Moss Street to Regence Way, and connecting to existing mainline on Pearl Pointe Drive. Work includes excavation, dewatering, pipe installation, backfill, testing, utility coordination, and surface restoration, while minimizing service disruptions and downtime. The 16-inch crossing under the Phyllis Canal has already been constructed.
