City of Ashford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New Water Well The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a water production well with modifications to existing on-site treatment building and appurtenances to accommodate new well. The Owner requires the Project to be Substantially Completed within 210 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 240 Calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. US EPA FY 24 Community Grant No. CG - 05D39925 - 0 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
