San Francisco Public Works (Public Works), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (City), seeks to award up to four (4) master agreements (Contracts) to pre-qualified Consultant or joint venture (JV) firms to provide professional services in Green Building Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Project Certification, circular construction, deconstruction, and commissioning consulting services to support planning, design, construction, and post-construction of San Francisco Municipal Projects, as described in the attached RFQ. Questions must be submitted by email to the Contract Administrator, at ContractAdmin.Staff@sfdpw.org no later than 4:00 P.M. on October 15, 2025. The LBE sub-consulting requirement for this project is 15% of the total value of services to be procured. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
