The Project is described as: SCOPE OF WORK - I. Brick - o Cleaning brick on the San Jose and Geneva Ave facades o Removal of graffiti, improper paint coatings and biological growth from existing brick o Selective replacement/patching of existing brick and pointing/repointing of masonry II. Gutters and Downspouts o Installation of new gutters and downspouts around the entire building to match existing III. Wood o In kind repair of four bay windows along San Jose Ave facade, and wood turret on Geneva Ave facade IV. Windows and Doors o Northernmost entry doors on west elev ation (San Jose Ave) to be protected with a plywood system similar to the one at the southernmost entrance located between the bay windows o Replacement of vents on plywood panels along San Jose Ave facade TRADES REQUESTED: MASONRY | EXT: MILLWORK | GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS | SHEETMETAL The length of work for this project is 95 calendar days from notice to proceed until substantial completion, with 30 calendar days from substantial completion until final completion.
