The Exterior Entrance Replacement work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, storefront replacement, exterior ramp and stair renovations, paving, snow melt system, site lighting, landscaping, and associated renovations as specified. Bidders must provide proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS, with a maximum of two attachments per submission: one for bid documents (including Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and, if applicable, a second for Qualified Disabled Veteran information. Late bid responses will not be accepted by SIGMA VSS. If issues arise with electronic submission, contact SIGMA Help Desk before the deadline. Approved emailed submissions require DCD approval and must also be received before the deadline to be considered. 5% bid security is required.
