As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List OR22SLPA, you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: Construct Vehicle Charging Stations - Petawawa, Ontario Question Deadline 10/16/2025 All inquiries regarding the tender are to be submitted in writing and only to the Contracting Authority named in the tender notice. Failure to comply with this provision may, for this reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender. Inquiries received within five (5) business days prior to tender closing will not be answered. Inquiries that are of general interest and require modification(s) to the Tender Documents will be issued by amendment to all plan takers. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to Construct an electric vehicle charging station for 20 vehicles including site servicing, excavation, grading, asphalt, concrete works and a steel canopy. Contractor will install and commission owner supplied charging equipment. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 322 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
