The project will replace all lighting in the facility with energy efficient luminaries and provide photocells, dimming and switching controls. The project will upgrade restrooms and remodel 3 toilet rooms to provide for barrier-free access. The project will install new door hardware and replace non-compliant doorknobs and level style hardware. The project will replace existing non-fire rated doors with fire-rated compliant doors and frames. The projec t will upgrade elevator accessibility. The project will replace water plumbing lines and associated ceiling patch work. The project will remove abandoned pneumatic dampers and associated ceiling patch work. The project will replace flooring in rooms 60 and 62 with carpet tiles. The project will require hazardous material abatement, per the hazardous materials scope of work and survey files.
