Demolition, site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fraser, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work site is within the Town of Fraser and consists of the following major items: A. Site Controls: Construction survey, traffic controls, erosion controls, materials testing quality controls. B. Site Demolition: Demolition of existing gravel, asphalt, pavement, cross pans, curb and gutters, sidewalk, fences, retaining wall, and landscaping as indicated in the drawings. C. Site Grading: Grading as indicated in drawings, with import and export as needed to meet design grades determined by the Contractor. D. Asphalt Paving: Subbase preparation, base course placement and compaction, mixing, application, and compaction of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) to design standards as specified. E. Hardscape: Concrete paving, curb & gutter, cross pans, colored concrete sidewalks, truncated domes, manhole adjustments, handicapped ramps, roadway signage, street striping, bench seating, trash receptacles, planters, bike racks, and bollards. F. Electrical: New Town service for street lights and EV chargers, including electrical service meter cabinet, MPEI coordination, light posts, post bases, light fixtures, conduit, wiring, pull boxes, and two EV charging stations. Bid submission is required to be electronic. Documents defining the proposal must be attached. Attendance at the Prebid Conference is mandatory. Bond requirements are a 5% bid bond, and 100% performance and payment bonds.
