Site work for a communication facility in Mt Hamilton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
Re-routing and undergrounding electrical lines that were damaged during a wildfire when they were above grade and/or exposed. The project includes new conduit and feeders, 2,400V and 240V. Bidders may be required to submit qualifications with their bids as set forth in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Only bidders who participate in the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Job Walk in its entirety will be allowed to bid as prime contractors. Sealed bids will only be received electronically. The successful Bidder will be required to have a current and active California C-10 - Electrical Contractor's license at the time of submission of the bid. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Bidders shall pay not less than the UC Fair Wage ($15 per hour) and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local working condition requirements. The estimated construction cost is $300,000.
