Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lees Summit, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reconstruct Ward Road as a two-lane section, one in each direction, with bicycle lanes and sidewalk along both sides. Other improvements include curb and gutter, enclosed storm drainage, intersection improvements, continuous street lighting, new waterline infrastructure, and associated utility relocations from NW Blue Parkway to NW O'Brien Road. Moore and Associates, Inc. by phone at (816) 701-2100 The Work for the project, NW Ward Road Improvements (Blue Parkway to O'Brien Road), includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Approximately 2150 linear feet of two-lane concrete residential roadway reconstruction of NW Ward Road and associated intersections with curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, and roundabout at the intersection of NW Ward Road and Blue Parkway. Enclosed storm sewer system, sanitary sewer replacement, water main replacement, and street lighting as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
