Question Deadline 10/27/2025 at 5:00 PM CT: Questions are to be submitted through Online portal as per pre-bid agenda. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. The Project includes the following Work: The Work for the project, Cathodic Protection Program FY25, includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Installation of approximately 913 zinc anodes on existing ductile iron water mains, surface restoration, including all materials, labor, equipment, testing, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Cathodic Protection Program FY 25, Project No. 97831683. The Contractor is responsible for water pollution control and permit compliance from the issuance of Notice to Proceed until final completion of the work and during any subsequent maintenance bond period. The notice of termination will not be submitted by the Owner until all permit requirements are met, which includes the requirement that final stabilization be achieved on 100% of the site. Vegetation shall achieve a density of at least 70% of full turf to be considered acceptable as final stabilization.
