The City of Lee's Summit is seeking statement of qualifications from qualified firms/providers to: Provide professional engineering and surveying services for a sanitary study, sanitary sewer design, and sanitary sewer construction management. The project will be broken into three (3) separate phases which will be scoped separately as each phase builds on the previous one. For questions regarding this project, please contact: Amanda Bagwell, Engineering Manager Water Utilities Department City of Lee's Summit 1200 SE Hamblen Road Lee's Summit, MO 64081 Phone: (816) 969-1918 Email: Amanda.Bagwell@cityofLS.net For any service agreement greater than $5,000, the successful proposer shall comply with 285.530, RSMo, as amended, and (1) provide by sworn affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this agreement. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications, to waive technical defects and to select the Statement of Qualifications(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. All addendums must be signed and included with Statement of Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
