The Base Bid work provided for in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all drawings, labor, materials, equipment, and other services necessary to install a new irrigation system in the championship course, par 3 course, driving range, putting green and entry and clubhouse areas within the Fred Arbanas Golf Course (Scope Area #1) as indicated on irrigation coverage plans and described herein. The General Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the following on the golf course. Said work shall include but not be limited to: 1. Demolition of existing irrigation system. 2. Design of the new irrigation system to include new pump stations and pump houses. 3. Installation of new irrigation system to include pump stations and pump houses. 4. All other incidental work in the most substantial and workmanlike manner for the new irrigation system and do everything required by the Contract Documents as defined herein.
