Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bloomingdale, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,600-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The project is for the repair and rehabilitation of the Bloomingdale Senior Center, including the removal and replacement of approximately 1,600 SF of concrete slab on grade with a new 8 thick, reinforced concrete slab. The work also involves partial reconstruction of the bathrooms by grinding and leveling floors with a concrete topping, removal of miscellaneous partitions, replacement of ceiling grid and acoustic ceiling tiles in select locations, replacement of hollow metal frames and doors, patching and repainting walls, replacement of bathroom stall partitions, and replacement of floor finish materials in select areas. Both electrical and plumbing subcontractors are required for this project. Bids must be made on the included standard proposal forms, submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project ID and bidders name and address, and must meet or exceed the specified minimum requirements. Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee as specified, and bidders must comply with prevailing wage, equal employment, affirmative action, and other regulatory requirements. All required documentation must be included or the bid may be rejected. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept those most advantageous to the Borough. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 Should there be any question as to the intent or meaning to the Specifications, symbols or abbreviations, material or equipment to be installed, or work to be performed, the CONTRACTOR shall submit his questions in writing to the ENGINEER who shall issue addenda to all bidders when necessary to clarify or answer such questions.
