Site work for a mixed-use development in Highland Mills, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for upgrades to standby generators for the Village of Woodbury. The scope of work is divided into two contracts: Contract No. 1 covers Water and Sewer Department Generators, and Contract No. 2 covers Highway and Building Department Generators. Specifications and contract documents can be reviewed at the Village Clerk's Office and obtained in hard copy or electronically from Lanc & Tully Engineering, P.C. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of at least five percent of the bid amount payable to the Village of Woodbury. Successful bidders are required to execute the contract and file performance and labor, material payment bonds, and insurance certificates within ten days of the contract award. Bidders should acquaint themselves with existing conditions and proposed improvements before submitting proposals. A non-collusion bidding certificate, compliance with NYS prevailing wage rates, labor standards, and an equal opportunity clause are required. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
