Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Urbandale, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
his improvement includes construction of sanitary sewer, including all labor, materials, and equipment for excavation and backfill of approximately 13,256 feet of 60-inch sanitary sewer in open cut construction, 1,490 feet of 60-inch sanitary sewer in trenchless construction, manholes and special structures, bypass pumping, dewatering, storm sewer replacement, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) trail replacement, temporary traffic control, erosion control, seeding, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 675-001/094, located generally along Walnut Creek from Douglas Parkway to I-35/I-80 in Urbandale, Iowa and Clive, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than June 1, 2028 and in accordance with the attached Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids. pn-675-001
