The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete regulated materials abatement and deconstruction of the former Skye Lodge located at 160 HWY 4, Port Hastings, NS, (PID 50004233) for a Unit Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Scope of Work Complete regulated materials abatement and deconstruction of the former Skye Lodge and associated buildings/infrastructure at 160 HWY 4, Port Hastings, Nova Scotia (PID 50004233). Includes: Removal of building contents (clean waste or impacted materials). Abatement of asbestos, lead paint, PCBs, mercury, mould, and other hazardous materials. Deconstruction of structures, removal of foundations, capping services, removal of water wells.
