Renovation of a fire / police facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Make all necessary disconnects, removals, and modifications to allow for installation of a complete electrical system as generally described below and shown on the attached mechanical and electrical plans dated 11/13/2024. The work should include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. New code compliant 400 amp 120/240v 1-phase 3-wire service, with a new 400-amp MCB panel, 2 new 125-amp panels and breakers, necessary BGE boxes, cables and cabinets. Complete all grounding as shown on the plans and as required by NEC and applicable local codes. 2. Furnish & install all wiring and accessories, receptacles, switches, light fixtures, lamps and controls as shown on the plans. 3. Furnish & install all wiring and accessories, disconnects to connect mechanical and plumbing equipment as shown on the plans. The Contractor proposes to substantially complete all of the work within ninety (90) days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
