The RFP with all provisions and submission requirements may be obtained on the THA website under "Vendors & Contractors", "Current Bids and Proposals", RFP HVAC. For questions or assistance obtaining the RFP, contact Tacoma Housing Authority at the provided email address. The Tacoma Housing Authority is seeking proposals for HVAC. Replace air filters. Clean coils, evaporator drain pan, blowers, fans, motors, and drain piping as required. Lubricate shaft and motor bearings. Check motor and fan shaft bearings for noise, vibration, and overheating. Lubricate bearings. Check exterior louver for obstructions. Clean and remove debris as required .
