Site work and paving for a civil project in Abernant, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project shall generally consist of grade work, asphalt installation, general concrete installation, general marine construction, concrete boat ramp installation, prefabricated vault toilet installation, pedestrian pavilion design and construction, and general construction work. Prequalification is not required. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the contract bid price, but not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000), and must also include an executed copy of the disclosure statement. A contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. DCNR reserves the right to compare specific items, at its discretion, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. DCNR reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive any informality in a submission. The successful bidder must execute and return the contract and all required forms to DCNR within fifteen days of receipt, otherwise the award may be deemed to have been withdrawn and the deposit forfeited to the State.
