Renovation of a municipal facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Project consists of one courtroom build-out of approximately 2,500 square feet located on the 5 th floor of the existing Sumner County Courthouse. Work includes all finishes, courtroom pews, judges bench, jury box, and all mechanical, electrical, and telecom services for a complete working courtroom. Work is to replicate existing adjacent courtroom. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Follow the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. All Questions, including any follow up questions, must be received by October 15,2025. All Inquiries to proposals will be posted on October 16,2025, on the Sumner County Online under Request for Proposal (RFP a minimum of 5 days before the proposal deadline.
