Remodeling of a recreation facility in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the Headington Family Tennis Center Indoor Lighting project located on the campus of The University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bid Express website. Bidders are informed that the Instructions to Bidders, Bid for Lump Sum Contract, Unit Prices, Performance Bond, Defect Bond, Payment Bond forms, and Plans and Specifications are available online at Bid Express. Electronic copies of the plans and specifications may also be obtained from Chris Herring. Bidders are required to submit security with each bid as specified and must include affidavits disclosing certain business affiliations and a noncollusion affidavit. A list of major subcontractors must be submitted per the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are advised of the timeframes for questions and addenda and are reminded that no proposal may be withdrawn within sixty days after bid opening. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma reserves the right to waive formalities and reject any bid.
