The University of Oklahoma and Flintco, LLC will receive sealed bids for work included in the University of Oklahoma - Life Sciences Laboratories Building in Norman, OK. Bid packages include: final clean, concrete, masonry, structural steel, decorative handrails, millwork, waterproofing/weather barrier/joint sealants, roofing, fireproofing, aluminum and glazing, doors/frames/hardware, coiling doors, framing and drywall, flooring, resinous flooring, painting, terrazzo, toilet partitions and bathroom accessories, visual display boards, framed office fronts and doors, mobile storage shelving, lab equipment and casework, window coverings, constant temperature rooms, elevators, fire protection, plumbing and mechanical, electrical, paving and hardscape, and landscape and irrigation. All bids must be sealed and clearly labeled describing the project and the package being bid. A bid security of 5% is required if the bid is over $50,000. Bids submitted outside of designated time frames will not be considered. Contract and bidding documents are available for examination at the Construction Manager's office and other specified locations. All bidders must meet qualification requirements established in the bid documents.
