Renovation of a water / sewer project in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals for HVAC Improvements to the UV Building and Switchgear Building, OWRP, are to be submitted via electronic upload to the Bonfire Portal. The estimated cost for the project is between $2,609,311.00 and $3,158,640.00 with a bid deposit of $157,932.00. Compliance with the District's Affirmative Action Ordinance, Revised Appendix D, Appendix V, and the Multi-Project Labor Agreement is required. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-et.seq.). Specifications, proposal forms, and plans may be obtained from the Department of Procurement and Materials Management by downloading online from the District's website.
