Sealed bids are requested for the East Bank Port Erosion Control Bank Stabilization - Phase 1 MDOT Multimodal Grant at the Lowndes County East Bank Port Facility. This project consists of construction of earthwork grading and riprap placement for bank stabilization at the port facility. The general outline provided does not limit the contractor's responsibility to perform all work and provide all labor, equipment, and materials required by the referred specifications and drawings. Bids over $50,000.00 must display the contractor's Certificate of Responsibility Number on the bid and envelope; if not, a statement that the bid does not exceed $50,000.00 must appear on the envelope. Bids must be submitted in sealed, clearly marked envelopes or electronically through the designated bidding website. Late bids will be returned unopened. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety days after the opening date. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality.
