CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. The work scope consists of replacing the Offender Services Building (OSB) heating water boiler and domestic water heater systems. The construction work includes all equipment, piping, insulation, controls, and electrical work to provide a complete and operable system. C. The Work shall be constructed under a single Bid Package Contract facilitated by the Indiana Financial Authority. 1.3 WORK UNDER CONTRACT A. The intent of this Section is to indicate the Work required by the Prime Contractor and to provide information regarding the duties, responsibilities, and cooperation required by the Prime Contractor, with similar requirements for the subcontractors and suppliers. B. The "Contract Documents," as defined in the General Conditions, include "the Drawings and Specifications". Although Drawings are grouped and identified by classification of the Work, Contractors shall be responsible for their Work as specified herein and as indicated on the Drawings. Although the majority of the Drawings are "to scale," Contractors are directed to use indicated dimensions for determining material quantities and for other reasons. No additional monies will be allowed due to Contractors using "scale instruments" to determine material quantities or for other reasons. C. Work for the complete construction of this Bid Package of the Project will be under a single contract with the Owner.
