Renovation of a municipal facility in McCandless, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Town ofMcCandless invites qualified Electrical Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide and install a 150 kW, 120/208V, 3-phase, 4-wire diesel standby generator system with associated 800A service entrance equipment, automatic transfer switches, distribution upgrades, and related work at Town Hall, 9955 Grubbs Road, Wexford, PA 15090. The Town of McCandless is soliciting proposals for a 150 kW standby generator and 800A service upgrade as detailed in the specifications elsewhere in the solicitation. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside with the vendor's name and address, and titled as indicated for the project. All proposals must be received at the designated address by the specified time. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened publicly and reviewed for completeness and thoroughness. The successful bidder will have 120 days from the date of award to complete the project. Question Deadline 10/31/2025
