Replacement of 1,210 feet of 8-inch and 3,235 feet of 6-inch cast iron pipe with 1,240 feet of 8-inch, 2,490 feet of 6-inch, and 715 feet of 4-inch ductile iron pipe and 280 feet of 2-inch PE 4710 SDR9 pipe and appurtenances along Springfield Road, Shady Oak Road, and Shady Oak Circle, Town of McCandless, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Specifications and plans are available to prequalified bidders at the Distribution Center of the Authority located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check in favor of the West View Water Authority, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the conditions of the contract in case of award. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after same has been submitted to the West View Water Authority. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in proposals and to reject any or all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: All bidders are to be prequalified prior to bidding.
