The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project generally includes, but is not limited to for Contract 2024-01, renovations and equipment replacement at two existing Wastewater Treatment Plant, along with an addition to the Administrative building. For Contract 2024-02 various submersible pump stations and at the two existing Vacuum Pump Station B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The bidder agrees that he/she shall make positive efforts to subcontract at least 7% (2% MBE/5% WBE) of the total value of the contract.
