Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Cumberland, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of March 18, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Construction of Garage (priced separately): Construct a garage with a minimum 12- foot ceiling height. Provide two (2) 10 by 10-foot overhead garage doors, with openers, centered on the building and facing the parking pad. One (1) man door, near the garage doors and facing the Health Department building. Install a 200 Amp electrical service. Interior walls and ceilings shall be insulated and finished with 5/8-inch firerated drywall, painted white. Provide ceiling-mounted, centrally placed light fixture appropriate for the space with switch at man door. Include one (1) quad outlet on each interior wall. Provide exterior lighting to illuminate the garage area. Install a shingle roof to match the existing building and steel siding with aluminum soffit and fascia to match the existing building. Install awning above the garage doors and man door to protect individuals from the elements. Provide schematic drawing, with dimensions, of building. Assure the building does not lie within a floodplain. Sidewalks and Parking Pad (priced separately): Provide concrete sidewalk from man door to front and rear entrances to existing Health Department building, finishing the transition of the sidewalks to the garage and existing sidewalks. Finish the transition of the parking pad to the entrance of the garage and garage doors. Landscaping (priced separately): Provide low-maintenance, low-cost landscaping to the side of building facing North Chester Street. Install 2-3 Louisa Crabapples trees, or similar trees, to the area facing North Chester Street. Provide recommendations for other foliage for year-round beauty with low cost and minimal maintenance.
