West Lafayette Campus - Lambert Fieldhouse Skylights Recaulking - 2025 and West Lafayette Campus - Various Concrete Repairs - 2025. Bids shall be for complete construction only, properly executed and submitted on Form 96, accompanied by executed Form 96A giving recent financial data, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit together with other required documents as stated in the Instructions to Bidders, addressed to The Trustees of Purdue University, clearly marked with the project and bid opening date. Each bid must include the Contractor's written plan for a program to test the contractor's employees for drugs in accordance with IC 4-13-18. Each bid must also be accompanied by a Contractor's Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction in the form included in the specifications, made payable to The Trustees of Purdue University in an amount equal to the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids, guaranteeing the execution and faithful performance of the contract if awarded. The Instructions to Bidders contained in the specifications are considered a part hereof, and all bidders are deemed advised of their provisions, as well as those of the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans, and drawings for the project. The Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire listing the names of the bidder's principal subcontractors must be submitted with the bid. The remainder of the Questionnaires and Material Lists must be submitted prior to 3:00 p.m. (EST) on the 13th day of November 2025. Bidders contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed project who are in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents shall submit to the Architect listed in the Advertisement for Bids,(Legal company name) at least 10 days prior to the date for opening Bids, a written request for an interpretation.
