Surface polishing of Ewa Breezeway walkway at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on a quarterly basis. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment, including personal protective equipment and public safety measures as necessary to provide terrazzo polishing of the Ewa Breezeway walkway at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Approx. 10,000 SF). Work shall be performed on a quarterly basis or as directed by the project manager. Scope shall include polishing of terrazzo breezeway utilizing Diamabrush chemical free brush system utilizing 1000 grit brushes to provide clean uniform polished surface. Contractor shall be responsible for spot cleaning to remove of scuffs, and gum on walkway. Contractor shall have past experience utilizing Diamabrush system or shall have Diamabrush representative present for on-site training for work team. Work will be required to be performed during nighttime hours (9:00 pm - 5:00 am) to avoid disruption to Airport Operations unless otherwise authorized. Contractor shall provide a performance and payment bond for the project. All work shall be complete within 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Purchase Order. Liquidated damages of $100.00 per calendar day shall be assessed for each day the project is delayed beyond the completion time. The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the State of Hawaii as additionally insured with the following coverage amount: General Liability: $1,000,000.00 Automotive Liability: $1,000,000.00 ($5,000,000.00 for Airport ramp access)
