Renovation of a municipal facility in Miami, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

Remove the existing AV rack, including the AudioNet DSP, CUE control system, Extron video switcher, QSC amplifiers, existing microphones, and Furman power conditioners. Replace these with smaller, wall-mounted 16RU racks (size to be determined upon components quoted and provided). Overhaul and update the systems with new microphones, a video switcher, video extenders, audio DSP and control, power sequencing, and video displays. Power will be provided by a county-provided electrician. Install and set up a total of (8) podium-mounted portable wireless microphones and (2) lavalier wireless microphones, with necessary antenna distribution for consistent coverage. Provide charging docks with rechargeable batteries for all transmitters (location TBD). Set up acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) on the DSP to prevent echo and audio delays. Power the existing speakers, maintaining existing zoning, with a new analog or network amplifier. Remove the existing plates in the Ace Backstage floor pockets at each attorney table. Install a new active HDMI transmitter at each location and pull new CAT6 through existing conduit, routing to a new HDMI matrix switcher. Provide a wireless video receiver with (2) transmitters, one for each attorney. Install a county-provided PC behind the display in each courtroom, with a wireless keyboard and mouse for the judge to present and stream proceedings (up to 5 video inputs routed to the video matrix). Audio to be selected by the judge or bailiff through touch panel control. Install a new audio DSP with control and control processor for all required audio inputs. Provide a 7"-10" touch screen controller at the judge's desk and bailiff for volume and video input selection. Install new 85"-90" touch screen displays on full motion mounts and run CAT6 to the TVs for control via the controller and audio processor. Remove the existing projector and screen. County will provide a PC for the judge to present and operate TEAMS meetings. Install an IP PTZ camera, 8MP minimum, with presets and control via the judge's touch panel controller, connected to a county-provided PC. Ensure in-room microphones are routed for remote attendees, and remote audio and video can be presented in the courtroom. Coordinate exact camera location with county IT and set up camera presets for judge, attorney tables, and witness stand. Install a multichannel USB interface into the PC with FTR Gold software to allow up to 16 channels of audio recording for archiving at the court reporter station. Provide PCs for each court reporter location with a minimum of 2TB storage and Windows 11 Professional. Provide both a UPS and sequencer (controlled by touch panels) in each courtroom rack for power backup and equipment protection. Install a new managed network switch with POE to power and communicate with the touch panel, control the display, control the sequencer, and communicate with the audio amplifier. Install, set up, test, and train on all systems. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
