The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has a design and construction requirement for a Consolidated Maintenance Facility (CMF) at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), Montana. The project scope includes electrical, mechanical, and communication systems, emergency power, a 3:12 pitch roof, water, sewer, fire and lighting protection systems, security systems, and both NIPR and SIPR communications. Site improvements involve clearing, grubbing, grading, minor demolition, drainage, utility and communications connections, excavation, access paving, parking, walkways, and value engineering analysis. The estimated construction cost range is between $250 million and $500 million. This notice is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) survey intended to gather industry feedback on the potential use of PLAs for large-scale construction projects exceeding $35 million at MAFB. It is not a solicitation for proposals, quotes, or bids. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of the estimated cost of construction (ECC) range for this project is between $250,000,000.00 and $500,000,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
