Construct the Sentinel Utilities Infrastructure System at Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB), Montana, to provide water, wastewater, electrical, natural gas, and telecommunications utilities distribution systems serving the entire Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Complex. Each OMC (ICC, ITC, MHC, CMF) facility must connect water, electrical, natural gas, and telecom services from the building to the project boundary, integrating with the utilities established under this project. Site improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading, minor demolition, drainage, utility and communications connections, access paving, parking, and walkways. The scope also includes fiber services to impacted Base utility facilities such as Information Transfer Nodes (ITNs), Electrical Substation, and water pump stations. Coordination with the Base Communications squadron for installation of Government Furnished and Government Installed (GFGI) equipment in ITNs will affect service delivery timelines. The anticipated period of performance is approximately 1,095 calendar days, with construction award expected in fiscal year 2027. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of the estimated cost of construction (ECC) range for this project is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000.
