Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project provides removal of old roofing materials and installation of new roofing materials, to include all drip edge and metal fascia at the youth baseball fields on MAFB. The three baseball fields are located between 70th St & Oak St on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The total roofing square footage of the six dugouts is approximately 2,200 SF. The dugouts are a single-pitch roof with no ridge cap, hip/valleys. Cap flashing will need to be installed on the leading edge of the shingles to prevent wind damage. The total roofing square footage of the concessions building is approximately 2,000 SF. The concessions building is a gable roof with an intersecting hip roof overhang Project Magnitude (IAW FAR 36.204): Less than $25,000 Period of Performance (POP): 20 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed (NTP) Question Deadline 07/30/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Contractors are cautioned that all communications are to be channeled through the Contracting Officer.
