This RFP seeks proposals for the Site's development, particularly but not limited to those seeking to create an alternative energy/clean energy, and battery storage park or some combination thereof that will result in increased municipal tax revenues (the Project). To that end, The City is seeking a financially viable and experienced developer or existing business entity to purchase and/or lease the property and develop the Site as described above in a timely manner compliant with zoning regulations and all other City, State, and Federal requirements, including use restrictions, financial and administrative requirements.
