The City is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to provide installation services for Installation of a outdoor surface at the Crosby High School Courtyard. The scope includes two distinct construction approaches for evaluation: Option A: Poured-in-place concrete slab Option B: Asphalt Pad Both options will require full site preparation, including removal of existing organic materialand installation of appropriate base layers. Additionally, both designs must incorporate anunderground trench drainage system running the length of the pad and terminating at thedesignated low point near the existing service driveway.
