Renovation of an educational facility in Leslie, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for HVAC improvements at Leslie Public Schools, specifically for MEP renovations at Woodworth Elementary in Leslie, Michigan. The project scope of work includes: 1. Replacement of unit ventilators in 4 classrooms. 2. Alternates to replace unit ventilators in additional classrooms and the gym. All bids must be from a prime bidder and include all subcontractor costs as identified in the contract documents. Bids must be executed on the provided bid form and accompanied by a certified check, money order, or bid bond for not less than five percent of the bid amount. Bidding and contract documents will be available electronically from Kingscott Associates, Inc. No printed sets will be issued. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough for Woodworth Elementary will be held as indicated.
