A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: The Hillsboro Pool Piping Repairs project consists of pressure testing, existing pipes, and subsequent replacing of leaking pool water pipes under a Single Prime Contract. All Work will be substantially complete by the date stated within the Contractor's Bid, and all Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before the date stated within the Contractor's Bid. The method for calculating the lowest bid for comparison will be the summation of the Bid price shown in the Bid Form plus the product of the Bidder-specified time of Substantial Completion in calendar days times the rate $800 dollars per day. This procedure is only used to determine the lowest bid for comparison and contractor selection purposes.
