Hillsboro WTP Expansion - Combined General Contract No.4 Docs notes: The Bidding Documents are available in the form of printed plans and specifications or PDF flash drives from AE2S. The costs are $400.00 for printed documents and $40.00 for flash drives, for each set of Documents obtained. Each set of Bidding Documents will include the Project Manual and one (1) complete set of 11x17 inch Drawings. Payment for Bidding Documents is NON-REFUNDABLE. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this regulation concern utilization of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Womens Business Enterprises (WBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and are explained in the specifications. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total dollar value of the project. A certified check in lieu of a surety company in the amount of 5% of the total project cost will not be accepted.
