Intracoastal Waterway Crossing Horizontal Directional Drilling (Icww Hdd) for Underground Distribution Project (Re-bid) The City of Lake Worth Beach is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the Intracoastal Waterway Crossing Horizontal Directional Drilling (ICWW HDD) for its Electric Utilities Department Underground Distribution Project. Bidders must have a Bidding System Vendor account, be registered as a Plan Taker for the bid, and download all relevant bid documents and addenda.
