Remodeling of a municipal facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide City Hall First Floor Unisex Restroom for the Public Works & Utilities Department. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 5:00 PM CT BID SECURITY in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid MUST be submitted with each bid. Bid Security shall be by a Bid Bond ONLY, written by a Bonding Company approved by the United States Treasury Department and licensed to do business in the State of Kansas. Min Value 100,000 Max Value 200,000 PERFORMANCE BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract must be furnished by the successful vendor. A LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, running to the State of Kansas in a sum of not less than the total of the contract, must be furnished by the successful vendor. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
