Project is no longer needed.** Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to install new rain gutters, downspouts, and gutter debris guards on the barracks, apparatus building, and automotive support building at CAL FIRE Robinson Mill Station 54. Any questions that are not addressed at the walk-through must be submitted to Connor MacDonald, connor.macdonald@fire.ca.gov by 3:00pm and October 9th. No further questions will be entertained after that date Installation of New Gutters 1) Contractor shall install approximately 330 linear feet of new seamless gutters on the apparatus building, automotive support building and barracks building. 2) Contractor shall ensure gutter sections are custom cut on-site to ensure seamless installation. 3) Contractor shall ensure all gutters are sloped properly to direct water flow towards the downspouts without sagging or water proofing Installation of WUI-Approved Gutter Guards 1) Contractor shall install Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) approved gutter guards to protect the gutter system from debris buildup, enhancing fire safety and water flow. 2) Contractor shall ensure gutter guards meet the State of California fire safety requirements and be approved for use in high fire hazard severity zones. 3) Contractor shall ensure that guards are securely attached and do not hinder the performance of the gutters or downspouts.
