**As of February 11th, 2026, this project been awarded to Empire landscaping for $8,730,720** The work includes amending, seeding, and planting multiple areas and encompasses the following principal elements: mobilization and demobilization, initial weed management, clearing, earthwork, application and mixing of soil amendments and elemental sulfur, erosion control, seeding, planting, temporary irrigation systems (including concrete pads, metal fabrication, grouted anchors, irrigation tank leveling pads), and an establishment period with weed management, watering, and other maintenance activities. The quantities of work, materials, and equipment required for completion are specified in the bid schedule. Instructions note that bids will be considered only if submitted for all the required work. Requests for project drawings and specifications should be submitted by email. Questions or requests for clarification should also be emailed at least five days before bid opening.
