A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes furnishing, delivery, installation assistance, startup, O&M manuals, and performance testing of 2-micron cloth disc filters to improve the water quality of the lagoon treated wastewater. Bids may be submitted electronically or physically and should be provided on a lump sum basis. Documents defining the proposal are not mandatory for submission. Question Acceptance Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 5:00 PM MT A. There shall be two filter units provided, factory tested and ready for operation. Each filter unit shall be provided with the following at minimum: 1. Fabricated filter tank, drive assembly, center tube assembly with cloth media disks, backwash system, backwash/waste pump assembly, backwash/waste pump variable frequency drives (VFDs), backwash flowmeter, valves, influent weir, pressure transducer assembly, float switch, vacuum transmitter, effluent weir, electrical, instrumentation and control components, spare parts, and all other accessories in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents as specified herein. B. Each filter unit shall be shipped fully assembled and wired from the factory, unless noted otherwise herein. All motors, pumps, and bearings shall be designed for continuous duty and long operating life in a high humidity atmosphere. C. Contractor shall furnish all labor and incidentals required for installation of the filter equipment as shown on the drawings and as specified herein, tested and ready for operation. The system shall include all components required for a complete and operable system.
