The project consists of the relocation of a 4-inch diameter potable water line, valves, and appurtenances. to facilitate the construction of Highway 64 roadway improvements by the Arkansas Department of Transportation All materials shall be in compliance with the "Buy America" requirements of the Federal Regulations 23 U.S.C. 313 and CFR 635.410. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17- 25-101 and related statutes. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
